Excel columns

The first row must be NewFileName and OldFileName. Repeat the same NewFileName on each row that belongs in that merged file. Merge order is the Excel row order. One OldFileName per row is the usual layout.

NewFileNameOldFileName
my.pdf1.pdf
my.pdf2.pdf
my.pdf3.pdf
abc.pdf4.pdf
abc.pdf5.pdf
abc.pdf7.pdf

How to use

1. Install
Run Merge_BLDSetup.exe. It copies the app to this Windows user and adds Start menu and desktop shortcuts.
2. Pick folders
Source folder holds the old PDFs. Save folder receives each NewFileName PDF.
3. Pick the Excel file
Use .xlsx or .csv. All rows with the same NewFileName are merged in sheet order into that one file. Example: my.pdf + 1.pdf, my.pdf + 2.pdf, my.pdf + 3.pdf writes my.pdf.
4. Merge
Click Merge PDFs. Missing source files are listed in the log and that NewFileName is skipped.
